Gemma is a Co-Founder and the Creative Director of Fat Rat Films. She is dedicated to telling human interest stories from across the globe and exposing wrongdoing which has won her numerous awards and many satisfied clients. She has been making films for over 20 years and her creativity, experience and passion show in all of her work to date.

Fred is a Co-Founder and the Senior Producer at Fat Rat Films with over 20 years of experience in diverse forms of storytelling & a proven track record as a documentary and multimedia producer - taking complex but crucial political issues that demand widespread debate and making them accessible, engaging and appealing. He has worked across a diverse range of online platforms including The New York Times, The Guardian, Al Jazeera, BBC Newsnight and Libération.
